RMA Status Search

RMA Number:   

RMA should begin with SBL, DOA, CRM or RMA followed by a numeric value ex: SBL12345, DOA67890, CRM56789 or RMA23456. Refer to your RMA Traveler for your RMA number.

All letters MUST be entered as UPPER CASE.

When Returning Product, please be aware of the following.

  • MAKE SURE THAT THE RMA ITEM NUMBER IS LISTED AS THE ATTENTION LINE OF THE SHIP TO ADDRESS, and is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
  • SEND IN ALL PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED AS FAILED. If all items expected are not returned in the shipment, the RMA will be subject to rejection and could be returned to you.
  • ENSURE THAT THE SERIAL NUMBER(S) BEING RETURNED MATCHES THE SERIAL NUMBER(S) ON THIS RMA.
  • PLEASE DO NOT SEND IN ADDITIONALLY PURCHASED ACCESSORIES such as cases, Touch Panels, or Third Party Vendor Equipment. If any such items are returned with the shipment, we will make every effort to return these items to you, but cannot be held responsible for any lost items.
