PLEASE NOTE VERSION UPGRADE REQUIREMENTS:

Version 4.0.3 Patch 1 of the Polycom DMA system includes the Call Server function (H.323 gatekeeper and SIP proxy/registrar), and that function is always enabled. A v4.0.3 Patch 1 system can no longer register with an external gatekeeper as a gateway/mcu as previous versions did. This change requires significant changes to your existing gatekeeper(s) and dial plan.

When a v2.3 system, or a v3.0 system that has Call Server disabled, is upgraded to v4.0.3 Patch 1, the upgrade process adds any gatekeeper(s) to which it was previously registered to the list of neighbor gatekeepers. The neighbor gatekeeper(s) must then be reconfigured to treat the Polycom DMA system as a trusted neighbor and route calls and registration requests to it.

Refer to the Polycom DMA System Version 4.0.3 Patch 1 Release Notes and the documentation for your existing gatekeeper(s) for more information about configuring the Polycom DMA system as a trusted neighbor gatekeeper.

If you are not prepared to make these changes, cancel this download and do not upgrade your system to v4.0.3 Patch 1.
