PLEASE NOTE: HDX Software v3.0.2.1 resolves a known video distortion issue on the HDX 6000 when using the Camera 2 port. Polycom recommends upgrading to HDX Software v3.0.2.1
HDX version 3.0.0.1 software, together with version 1.0.1 of the Polycom Touch Control Panel Software and version 1.0 of the Polycom Touch Control Operating System resolves issue an issue with pairing between HDX and Polycom Touch Control. If you use HDX in conjunction with a Polycom Touch Control, Polycom recommends upgrading to these versions.
HDX v2.6.1 is no longer available. It has been replaced with HDX v2.6.1.3, which contains a software fix to maintain compatibility with HDX hardware. Please read the v2.6.1.3 Release Notes for further details.
EagleEye Director can only work with HDX3.0.1 or later releases
